All orders are processed within 48 to 72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer $8 flat-rate shipping to Puerto Rico.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within Puerto Rico (Isla Grande). For orders under $99.99, we charge $8 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday starting at 7:00 AM. We will contact you via text message using the phone number provided at checkout to notify you of the delivery day.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at Farmacia Caridad in San Patricio. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 48 to 72 business hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Farmacia Caridad on Ave. San Patricio. Please have your order confirmation email handy when you arrive.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ecommerce@caridadpr.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. You will be refunded the full order or item amount minus return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at ecommerce@caridadpr.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address issues on a case-by-case basis and will contact you after reviewing your claim to work toward a satisfactory solution.
